The Simpsons Movie takes the classic Simpsons to the big screen. They go to Alaska to escape their troubles in their beloved Springfield. What we think about this movie is that it is hilarious. Even though it is rated PG-13, it is appropriate for the whole family, and we recommend it to all ages: kids, teenagers, and adults.
The Game Plan is about Joe, a famous football player dad, who didn’t realize he had a daughter. His eight-year old daughter Peyton stays with him for a month, joins a ballet class, and befriends the teacher. Joe and the teacher become a little more than friends. This is a great movie you can watch with your friends and little brothers and sisters.
Rush Hour 3 brings back Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker in another Rush Hour adventure. This movie is set in Paris, France, which really
adds to the movie. This is a good movie to watch because it is funny and has Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker in action side by side. Don’t worry if you saw in the previews Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan breaking up as partners; they really don’t.
Yes, this is an old movie, but it is cool. The main theme in the movie is that the Addams: Morticia, Gomez, Uncle Fester, Wednesday, Pugsley, and Cousin Itt are misunderstood. Everyone thinks they are really mean, but they just look like that because they always wear black. Their cousin named Itt mumbles and is covered in hair. In this movie they try to find their long lost Uncle Fester. A greedy old lady comes along and brings “Her Son” (Uncle Fester) and they are amazed because they thought he was dead. It is fun and entertaining. You should watch it (even if it’s old).
Transformers is about a teenager who buys a car and finds out that it actually transforms into a giant robot. Then more giant robots come and try saving the planet because Mega-Tron is alive again and trying to destroy the other robots. This is a great movie you can watch with your family and friends.
This movie is both sad and fun for the whole family. We enjoyed it because it is full of suspense; you don’t know where the story is going to take you. We highly recommend it for all ages. When the main character Jessie feels like an outsider, a girl named Leslie comes along, and helps him find himself in this world and in Terabithia. Terabithia is a place that is make-believe. When they go to Terabitia and find a tree house where they stay most of the time they’re in Teribithia. When Jessie invites Leslie to church she wants to add a bell to Teribithia which leads to some unforeseen complications.
